Highly experienced scientist with emphasis on qPCR techniques and cancer research. I have a solid and genuine knowledge in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology with 16 years of experience of laboratory work.
My special focus is on different PCR and qPCR techniques and primer design, starting from experimental design and finishing with data analysis, assay validation and optimisation, troubleshooting. Teaching and coaching qPCR programs like StepOne and MxP, but also workshops in PCR and qPCR background.
