Dr. Yulyana Yudina
She obtained her PhD from J. W. Goethe University of Frankfurt in biochemistry in 2006. She started to work with PCR and primer design during her master and continued with qPCR during her PhD and two post-docs at Lund University. She got interested in these techniques and joined different courses and workshops. Later on she was helping with all troubleshooting in her group and also consulting other groups in her department. Currently, she works as a freelance consulter in qPCR and other molecular biology methods.
